6 | Apples - peeled and sliced | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Honey |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ground cinnamon |
2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Rolled oats |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Flour |
2/3 cup | 106g / 3.7oz | Brown sugar - packed |
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Prepare the apples and put them in the baking dish. Combine the rest of
the ngredients and mix well. Sprinkle over apples and bake 30 - 35
minutes.
