1/3 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Bisquick® baking mix - light |
18 | Equal® sweetener | |
12 oz | 340g | Evaporated skim milk - 1 can |
3 | Egg whites | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Vanilla extract |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Pumpkin pie spice |
29 oz | 823g | Canned pumpkin - Libby's ( 1 can) |
I just mixed everything in a big bowl and poured the mixture into a baking
dish. I cooked it at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
