Spicy Jicama Slaw (.5 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozJicama - peeled and grated
1 lb 454g / 16ozCarrot - peeled and grated (large)
3 tablespoons 45mlFresh lime juice
2 tablespoons 30mlFat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon 5mlGround cumin
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlTabasco sauce

Recipe Instructions

In a large bowl, combine jicama, carrot, lime juice, mayonnaise, cilantro,

cumin, and hot sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Will keep in the

refrigerator for up to 2 days.
