Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlSalad oil
1 cup 237mlSalad dressing
1 tablespoon 15mlMustard
2 tablespoons 30mlVinegar
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar
8   Potatoes cooked - peeled, and
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozOnion-chopped
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozPickles-chopped
2   Celery-chopped
3   Eggs - hard-cooked, chopped
1 teaspoon 5mlCelery seed
  Salt - to taste
  Pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In bowl, mix together oil, salad dressing, mustard, vinegar, and sugar. In large bowl, place diced potatoes.

Add onions, pickles, celery, celery seed, and eggs. Salt and pepper to taste.

Add dressing.

Toss lightly to coat.
