Cheater's Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1   Romaine lettuce - washed, dried and
  Torn
2   Green onions - sliced thin
1   Mandarin oranges - well-drained
1/2 cup 46g / 1.6ozSliced almonds - toasted
  Your favorite poppy seed bottled dressing
1 tablespoon 15mlRaspberry vinegar

Recipe Instructions

Place lettuce, green onions and half of oranges in salad bowl. Into a measuring cup, pour 1/3 cup dressing; add vinegar. Stir. Pour over greens and toss.

If this is not enough dressing for you, or you're using more lettuce, you may want to add a tablespoon more or so of dressing.

Sprinkle top with remaining oranges and toasted almonds. Serves 4; wins raves every time.
