Country Tossed Garden Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1   Bibb lettuce
1   Green onions
3   Celery stalks
4   Radishes (large)
1/2 cup 118mlMushrooms - brushed, sliced
1   Red bell pepper
1   Cucumber (small)
1   Radicchio (small)
1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7ozBroccoli florets
1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7ozCauliflower florets
24   Cherry tomatoes

Recipe Instructions

Wash and tear the lettuce into bite size pieces. Place into a large serving bowl.

Cut the onions, celery, radishes, mushrooms, pepper, cucumber and radicchio into coarse dice. Add to the lettuce.

Mix in the remaining vegetables. Serve with one or a combination of Italian, Ranch, Blue Cheese, Thousand Island dressings.
