Fruit Salad - 2

Recipe Ingredients

4   Apples peeled and diced
3   Bananas cut in small pieces (large)
1   Crushed pineapple - (drained)
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozMaraschino cherries - (cut)
4   Oranges cut in small pieces
  Sauce For Above
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozFlour
2 cups 396g / 13ozSugar
4 cups 948mlMilk
4   Eggs

Recipe Instructions

Mix the sauce ingredients.

Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens (as for custard).

Cool and pour over fruit and stir.

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Cool in refrigerator.
