Garbanzo and Carrot Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 x | Ca Eden garbanzo beans - drained | |
| 1 x | Carrot - cut in matchsticks (medium) | |
| 1/4 cup | Fresh cilantro or parsley - finely chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons | Sesame seeds - lightly toasted | |
| 1 x | Garlic - pressed | |
| 2 | Green onions - finely chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons | Sesame tahini - (mixed with | |
| 1 tablespoon | -- water) | |
| 1 teaspoon | Eden ume plum vinegar |
Mix beans, carrot, cilantro, sesame seeds, garlic and green onions.
Mix vinegar with tahini mixture and pour over salad.
Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce.
