Mixed Green Salad

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlRed wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGarlic - minced
1 tablespoon 15mlDijon mustard
6 tablespoons 90mlVegetable oil
  Salt and pepper to taste
1   Red onion - thinly sliced (small)
10 cups 400g / 14ozWatercress - red-leaf lettuce
  And Belgian endive - bite-size

Recipe Instructions

Combine vinegar, garlic and mustard in mixing bowl. Blend well.

Add oil and salt and pepper to taste; blend well with a wire whisk.

Place onion rings and salad greens in a bowl and toss well with dressing.
