Nutty Coleslaw Recipe - Cooking Index
6 cups | 1422ml | Shredded cabbage |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onions - chopped |
1/3 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped celery |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Unsalted - roasted peanuts |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Seasoned salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Bottled Italian dressing |
Combine cabbage, green onions, celery and peanuts in large bowl.
Blend sugar, salt, vinegar and dressing.
Pour over cabbage mixture and toss well.
