Apple-Avocado Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | Granny smith apple - diced | |
| 1/2 cup | Peeled ripe avocado - diced | |
| 1/4 cup | Red bell pepper - diced | |
| 1/4 cup | Red onion - diced | |
| 1 tablespoon | Fresh cilantro - chopped | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | Jalapeno - minced | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Lime rind - grated | |
| 1/8 teaspoon | Salt | |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | Fresh lime juice | |
| 1 x | Pepper | |
| 1 x | Garlic - minced |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss well.
Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 1/4 cup).
