Apple-Avocado Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup  Granny smith apple - diced
1/2 cup  Peeled ripe avocado - diced
1/4 cup  Red bell pepper - diced
1/4 cup  Red onion - diced
1 tablespoon  Fresh cilantro - chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons  Jalapeno - minced
1/2 teaspoon  Lime rind - grated
1/8 teaspoon  Salt
1 1/2 tablespoons  Fresh lime juice
1 x  Pepper
1 x  Garlic - minced

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss well.

Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 1/4 cup).
