Chipotle Sauce - 2

Recipe Ingredients

1/3 cup	109g / 3.8oz	Dark corn syrup
4 teaspoons	20ml	Chili powder - (4 to 6)
1/3 cup	78ml	Strong coffee
1 tablespoon	15ml	Corn oil
1/4 cup	59ml	Catsup
2 teaspoons	10ml	Mustard
1/4 cup	59ml	Cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1/4 cup	59ml	Worcestershire sauce
4		Canned chipotle peppers - (4 to 6)

Recipe Instructions

Heat thoroughly. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Transfer to blender and blend thoroughly.
