Cherries Jubilee Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	125g / 4.4oz	Canned cherries
2 tablespoons	30ml	Sweet wine - such as port
1/4 cup	59ml	Brandy

Recipe Instructions

Heat cherries with wine in the top of a chafing dish; add brandy, ignite and stir until the flames die.
