Recipe Ingredients

1   Pork and beans
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozPork barbeque - shredded
1   Green bell pepper - chopped
1   Red bell pepper - chopped
2   Jalapenos - seeded and chopped
1   Vidalia onion - chopped (large)
4   Celery - chopped
3/4 cup 177mlBarbeque sauce
2 tablespoons 30mlPrepared brown mustard
3 tablespoons 45mlBrown sugar
1/4 cup 59mlMolasses
2 tablespoons 30mlWorcestershire sauce
2   Shakes hot sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1 teaspoon 5mlBlack pepper
1 teaspoon 5mlGarlic powder
1 tablespoon 15mlChili powder
1 tablespoon 15mlCumin
1   Beer

Recipe Instructions

Mix ingredients in a sturdy aluminum pan or an old pot--don't use your wife's favorite as it will get black.

Smoke beans for about 6 hrs. (or until the ribs are done).
