1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Pork barbeque - shredded |
1 | Green bell pepper - chopped | |
1 | Red bell pepper - chopped | |
2 | Jalapenos - seeded and chopped | |
1 | Vidalia onion - chopped (large) | |
4 | Celery - chopped | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Barbeque sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared brown mustard |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Brown sugar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Molasses |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | Shakes hot sauce | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cumin |
1 | Beer |
Mix ingredients in a sturdy aluminum pan or an old pot--don't use your wife's favorite as it will get black.
Smoke beans for about 6 hrs. (or until the ribs are done).
