Korean Ribeye Steak Recipe - Cooking Index

| Marinade | ||
| 1 x | Green onion cut in pieces | |
| 1 x | Garlic or 1 tbs minced garlic from jar | |
| 1 teaspoon | Black pepper | |
| 1/8 cup | Red wine vinegar | |
| 1/8 cup | Extra virgin olive oil | |
| 1/8 cup | Sesame oil | |
| 1/3 cup | Soy sauce | |
| 2 tablespoons | Brown sugar | |
| 1 | Pear sliced (optional garnish) |
1. Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.
2. Mix well
3. Add steak to marinade and place in refrigerator overnight.
4. Grill to your liking.
