Recipe Ingredients

2 x  Eye
  Marinade
1 x  Green onion cut in pieces
1 x  Garlic or 1 tbs minced garlic from jar
1 teaspoon  Black pepper
1/8 cup  Red wine vinegar
1/8 cup  Extra virgin olive oil
1/8 cup  Sesame oil
1/3 cup  Soy sauce
2 tablespoons  Brown sugar
1   Pear sliced (optional garnish)

Recipe Instructions

1. Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.

2. Mix well

3. Add steak to marinade and place in refrigerator overnight.

4. Grill to your liking.
