Cajun Shrimp And Corn Bisque

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 948mlFat-free milk
2 cups 292g / 10ozDiced baking potatoes - peeled
1 teaspoon 5mlCajun seasoning - (Prudhomme's Seafood Magic)
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper
2   No salt cream-style corn - (14 3/4 oz)
1 lb 454g / 16ozLarge shrimp - peeled and deveined

Recipe Instructions

Combine the first five ingredients in a Dutch oven, and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, and simmer the milk mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the corn, and bring to a boil.

Add the shrimp, and cook for 2 minutes or until shrimp are done.
