1 lb 454g / 16ozCrawfish
  Salt and pepper
2   Eggs
  Milk
  Flour

Recipe Instructions

Season cleaned crawfish tails with salt and pepper.

Dip each one in mixture of beaten eggs and a little milk.

Dip in flour that has been seasoned. Fry in hot fat.

Makes delicious hot hors d'oeuvres or serve as a main dish.
