Angel Food Cake Topping

Recipe Ingredients

1		Egg white
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar
1 packet		Frozen strawberries*

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients.  Beat in electric mixer for at least 10 minutes.  Makes a delicious topping for a white cake.

Hints

you may use red raspberries
