1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Graham cracker crumbs |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Margarine - melted |
24 oz | 681g | Cream cheese - softened |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Dark brown sugar - packed |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Unbleached all-purpose flour |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Eggs (large) |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Pecans - finely chopped |
Maple syrup |
NOTE: Garnish include Maple Syrup and Pecan halves.
Combine crumbs, granulated sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch Springform pan.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, brown sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla; stir in pecans -- chopped.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 450F for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250F for and continue baking an additional 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Brush with maple syrup; top with pecan halves.
