2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 1/2 cups | 165g / 5.8oz | Chocolate chips |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - softened |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
3 | Eggs | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
Topping | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soft butter |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Nuts - chopped |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chocolate chips |
Mix all dry ingredients together; cream butter and sugar and eggs until nice and creamy.
Alternate flour and sour cream. Beat well! Fold in chips.
Pour into 13x9 inch greased pan.
Mix ingredients for topping until it is soft streusels. Sprinkle with topping.
Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes.
Cool and cut into 24 two inch squares.
