Viennese Nut Torte Recipe - Cooking Index
| 7 | Eggs - separated | |
| 2/3 cup | Sugar | |
| 5 oz | Bittersweet chocolate - grated | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Cinnamon | |
| 1 1/2 cups | Nuts - ground | |
| Chocolate icing |
Bear yolks and sugar until light. Add chocolate, cinnamon and nuts.
Fold in stiffly beaten whites.
Put into a tube pan and bake 45 min at 325F or until done.
