| 2 lbs | Ground beef | |
| 1 cup | Water | |
| 1 x | Tomato puree | |
| 1 x | Larger tomatoes - (break into pieces) | |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt | |
| 1 teaspoon | Pepper | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Garlic salt | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Allspice | |
| 2 teaspoons | Bay leaves (small) | |
| 1 x | Chili powder | |
| 2 x | Kidney beans | |
| 1 tablespoon | Vinegar |
Simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours before adding beans.
Cook until beans are heated.
