Apricot Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 cups | Apricot jam | |
| 1/2 cup | Water | |
| 1 tablespoon | Sugar | |
| 2 tablespoons | Kirsch |
In small, heavy saucepan, combine apricot jam, water, and sugar. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add kirsch.
