Beef Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | Leftover beef - thinly sliced | |
| 6 cups | Potatoes - boiled and sliced (medium) | |
| 4 | Tomatoes - peeled and sliced | |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Pepper | |
| 2 tablespoons | Wine vinegar | |
| 4 tablespoons | Vegetable oil | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Dried tarragon leaves | |
| 1 tablespoon | Chopped parsley | |
| 2 | Hard-boiled eggs - sliced |
In salad bowl, combine beef, potatoes, and tomatoes.
In mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, and tarragon. Mix well.
Pour over salad. Sprinkle with parsley. Decorate with egg slices.
