Fried Frogs' Legs Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Frog legs - skinned and trimmed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
1/2 | Garlic clove - crushed | |
Fritter batter | ||
Oil - for frying | ||
Fried parsley |
In a deep bowl, combine frogs' legs, salt, pepper, lemon juice, oil, parsley, and garlic. Let stand for 1 hour. Dry legs with paper towels.
Dip legs in fritter batter and deep-fry until well browned. Drain.
Garnish with fried parsley. Serve hot.
