| 2 3/4 cups | 171g / 6oz | All-purpose flour |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Cinnamon |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Baking soda |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Ground cloves |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Ground nutmeg |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Baking powder |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
| 3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Margarine |
| 3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Granulated sugar |
| 1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Applesauce |
| 1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Raisins |
| 1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Old-fashioned rolled oats |
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Cimbine
flour, cinnamon, soda, cloves, nutmeg, baking powder and salt. In bowl
with
mixer at medium speed beat margarine with sugar until combined. Add egg;
beat until fluffy. Reduce speed to low. Beat in flour mixture alternately
with applesauce. Stir in raisins and oats. Batter will be soft. Drop
batter by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto baking sheet. Bake 12 to
15 minutes. Cook on racks
Makes 42 Cookies
