| 2 1/4 teaspoons | Active dry yeast - (1 1/2 tsp) | |
| 1 2/3 cups | Bread flour - (1 C+ 2 T) | |
| 1 1/2 cups | Whole wheat flour - (1 C) | |
| 1/3 cup | Yellow cornmeal - (1/4 C) | |
| 1/3 cup | Molasses - unsulfured - (1/4 C) | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | Salt - (1 t) | |
| 1 1/2 cups | Water - (1C) |
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual
and
process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's
directions.
Let the loaf cool before slicing.
