Anadama Bread-ABM (2.5 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

  **1 1/2 POUND LOAF**
2 1/4 teaspoons  Active dry yeast - (1 1/2 tsp)
1 2/3 cups  Bread flour - (1 C+ 2 T)
1 1/2 cups  Whole wheat flour - (1 C)
1/3 cup  Yellow cornmeal - (1/4 C)
1/3 cup  Molasses - unsulfured - (1/4 C)
1 1/2 teaspoons  Salt - (1 t)
1 1/2 cups  Water - (1C)

Recipe Instructions

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual

and

process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's

directions.

Let the loaf cool before slicing.
