Recipe Ingredients

6   Basil leafs
150   Anchovies - 5 oz
2   Olive oil
  Peanut oil
6   Garlic cloves - peeled
3 tablespoons 45mlVinegar
  Water - if needed

Recipe Instructions

Wash anchovies to remove salt.

Place anchovies, garlic and basil in a small food processor.

Process adding oil as for mayonnaise. Add vinegar and process 1/2 minute.

If too thick add a little water. Chill

NOTES : Great with toasts or crudites.
