| 3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Cut up chicken |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Coca cola |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Catsup |
Place cut up chicken in an un-greased skillet. Mix 3/4 cup of COKE and 1 cup of Heinz catsup together and pour over the chicken. Bring to a boil. Turn the burner down, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Uncover and cook 1 hour or until tender.
