Artichoke Appetizer - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Eggs - , beaten (large) | |
| 1/2 lb | Cheddar cheese - , grated | |
| 1 x | Marinated artichokes - cut up | |
| Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
| 1 x | Tabasco sauce | |
| 3 x | Green onions - chopped fine (medium) | |
| 6 | Soda crackers - crushed | |
| 1 x | Garlic - crushed |
Saute onions and garlic in artichoke oil; drain.
Mix all ingredients together. Spread in greased 8x8" pan.
Bake at 325F for 30 minutes.
Can be baked, frozen and reheated.
