| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cracker crumbs or bread crumbs |
| 1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Rice - cooked |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped |
| 1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Carrot - grated |
| 1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Celery - chopped fine |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Mustard - prepared or Dijon |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | White pepper |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Tomato sauce |
| 2 | Egg whites | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Ketchup |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
Recipe by: Cooking without Fat Preparation Time: 0:20 Preheat oven at 350.
Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well. Turn mixture into a prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Combine ketchup and honey.
Spread evenly over meat and bake 5 minutes longer.
