Jalapeno Fried Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
| 12 oz | 340g | Pickled jalapeno peppers |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
| 1 | Fryer - cut in pieces | |
| Flour | ||
| Salt | ||
| Paprika |
Drain the jalapenos, reserving the juice. Remove seeds from the peppers.
Grind the jalapenos along with some of the juice in a blender or food processor. Add to the milk and soak the chicken in the mixture for at least 4 hours. Drain. Dredge the chicken in flour seasoned with salt and paprika and fry as you would regular Southern fried chicken. For a party, you can use drumettes or chicken bits.
