2 oz 56gSmoked salmon - cut slivers
1 tablespoon 15mlSour cream
1 teaspoon 5mlFresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh dill - minced or
1 teaspoon 5mlDillweed
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlFreshly ground pepper
4 oz 113gWhipped cream cheese with - chives
2 oz 56gHam - diced
2 teaspoons 10mlHoney mustard
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlFreshly ground pepper
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozRicotta cheese
1/3 cup 48g / 1.7ozRadishes - diced
1/3 cup 78mlCucumbers; seed - dice
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozParsley - chopped
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlLemon peel - grated
1   Tomato paste
1 teaspoon 5mlDried oregano leaves
5   Whole wheat or white bagels - split
1/2 cup 118mlGreen bell pepper
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozBlack olives - chopped
3 oz 85gMozzarella cheese - shredded

Recipe Instructions

This is for 4 bagels, halved and toasted.

NEW YORKER-Combine cream cheese, salmon, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.

MIDWESTERN-Combine cream cheese, ham, mustard and pepper.

CALIFORNIAN-Combine ricotta, radishes, cucumbers, parsley, salt and lemon peel.

PIZZA SNACK-Heat oven to 450F. In small bowl, combine tomato paste and oregano. Spread each bagel half with 1T paste mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each with bell pepper; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450F for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted
