1   Can green beans
1   Can yellow wax beans
1   Can red kidney beans
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozCelery chopped
1   Green pepper chopped
1   Onion chopped
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozSugar
  Dressing
2/3 cup 158mlVinegar
1/3 cup 78mlVegetable oil
1   Teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlFresh ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Mix the chopped vegetables and the sugar, refrigerate overnight. Make the dressing and add to vegetables before serving. You can vary the recipe by using different types of herbal or wine vinegar, or by using garlic salt instead of plain salt or by adding minced garlic to the dressing.
