Beefy Cheese Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Lean ground beef - browned and drained |
| 3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Velveeta cheese product |
| 1 | Diced green chiles | |
| 3 | Tomatoes - chopped (medium) | |
| 1 | Pitted black olives - sliced | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| Tabasco sauce, to taste |
Melt Velveeta in a large saucepan over low heat.
Add the ground beef to the cheese, plus all remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into large bowl and serve with tortilla chips !
