Cranberry-Orange Reslish Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | -- ¥ (medium) |
| 1 | Skin orange | |
| Seeded and coarsely chopped | ||
| 1 | Red apple - unpeeled & (medium) | |
| Coarsely chopped | ||
| 1 1/2 cups | 139g / 4.9oz | Cranberries |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar or use a sugar |
| Substitute equal to 1/4 c | ||
| Sugar | ||
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground nutmeg |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground ginger |
Position knife blade in processor. Add orange. Process 1 1/2 minutes or until finely chopped.
Add remaining ingredients and pulse until fruit is finely chopped.
Spoon into an airtight container. Chill.
