1 | Package lemon jello | |
12 oz | 340g | Apricot nectar |
1 | Pinch salt | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Crushed pineapple - not drained |
1 | Each banana - sliced |
Dissolve the jello in the apricot nectar that has been heated to almost boiling. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pineapple. Let stand until almost set then add the banana and chill until set. Serve on a bed of lettuce, and top with mayonnaise if desired.
