Chimichurri Seasoning Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped parsley | 
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped basil | 
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped oregano | 
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Dried red pepper - crushed | 
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Garlic - crushed | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Vinegar | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil | 
Mix together and store in a large jar.
