| 3 1/2 tablespoons | 52ml | Paprika |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Seasoned salt |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic powder |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Black pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground red pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
Combine paprika, seasoned salt, garlic powder, pepper, dried oregano, chili powder, and dry mustard in a small bowl; stir well.
Makes 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons.
