| A small piece of fresh ginger | ||
| 1 | Garlic - (1 to 2) | |
| 4 | Fresh green chilies - (4 to 6) | |
| A small bunch of fresh coriander |
Excellent with fish or chicken.
Peel and chop the ginger and garlic: remove the seeds from the chilies and slice. Remove the coriander stalks. Pound or blend all the ingredients to a paste with a little water.
