Texas Style Dry Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Salt |
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | White pepper |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Celery salt |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Hungarian paprika |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Black pepper |
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Garlic powder |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chili powder |
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Dried lemon peel zest |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cayenne |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry mustard |
Mix ingredients together in a bowl.
Store in a tightly sealed jar in a cool dark place.
