"Sweet" Carrots

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlBoiling water
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
2 cups 220g / 7.8ozShredded carrots
1 tablespoon 15mlDiet margarine
  Sugar substitute - to taste
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon juice
4 tablespoons 60mlParsley

Recipe Instructions

Bring water to boil in saucepan. Add salt and carrots. Cover pan and cook until water is evaporated (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Add margarine and sugar substitute to taste. Toss with lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
