Mustard Shallot Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Dijon-style mustard |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Finely-chopped shallots or scallions |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | White wine vinegar |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
In a bowl whisk together all the ingredients except the oil. Slowly add the oil in a stream.
This recipe yields about 1 cup.
