Ranch Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index

| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Buttermilk |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced parsley |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cider vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
In a bowl, stir together the garlic and salt. Whisk in the buttermilk, mayonnaise, parsley, cider vinegar, dry mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Dressing keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.
This recipe yields 1 cup.
