Better Built Burger

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozGround turkey breast
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozFinely-chopped onion
1 tablespoon 15mlWorcestershire sauce
6   Whole-grain buns
  Topping
3/4 cup 46g / 1.6ozToppings of choice; onion, tomato or
  Cucumber slices, sprouts and/or lettuce
2 teaspoons 10mlHoney mustard or barbecue sauce

Recipe Instructions

Combine ground turkey breast, onion and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Mix well. Divide turkey mixture into 6 equal portions.

Place burger into non-stick pan. Cover and "fry" burger over moderate heat until golden brown and cooked through and white inside.

Toast buns. Put burger on bun -- add toppings of choice.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
