Recipe Ingredients

1   English muffin
1   Canadian bacon
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozEgg substitute
1 oz 28gShredded light cheese

Recipe Instructions

Toast the muffin. In a small non-stick pan, warm the Canadian bacon, then scramble the egg substitute. On top of one of the English muffin halves, place the bacon, then the egg and shredded cheese. You may broil or microwave until the cheese melts. Top with the other half of the muffin.
