Strawberry Soup Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Sliced strawberries |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brandy |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Sour Cream |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Half and Half |
| - | Extra sliced strawberries | |
| - | Mint sprigs | |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
Blend strawberries, sour cream, half and half, sugar, brandy and vanilla until smooth, about 30-45 seconds. Serve in chilled cups and garnish with sliced strawberries and mint sprigs.
