Strawberry Soup

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	474ml	Sliced strawberries
2 tablespoons	30ml	Brandy
1 cup	237ml	Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Vanilla
1 cup	237ml	Half and Half
-		Extra sliced strawberries
-		Mint sprigs
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Sugar

Recipe Instructions

Blend strawberries, sour cream, half and half, sugar, brandy and vanilla until smooth, about 30-45 seconds. Serve in chilled cups and garnish with sliced strawberries and mint sprigs.
