Crab Cakes - 1

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb	454g / 16oz	Crabmeat
2 tablespoons	30ml	Mayonnaise
1/4 cup	59ml	Cracker meal
1		Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon	5ml	Worcestershire sauce
1		Egg - beaten
		Garlic to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients and form into small cakes. Saute in butter.
