Creole Tartar Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Tomato paste |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | White wine vinegar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Red pepper sauce |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely chopped scallions |
| 1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Finely chopped celery |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely chopped parsley |
In a small bowl stir together all ingredients until combined.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
