Easy Crab Imperial

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	125g / 4.4oz	Crab meat [flaked]
1 cup	237ml	Mayonnaise
4		Egg whites [stiffly beaten]
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Salt
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Pepper
1/2		Bread crumbs

Recipe Instructions

1 Mix the crab meat and the egg whites, salt and pepper.

2 Pour into a greased baking dish, and sprinkle with the bread crumbs.

3 Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes
